Distance Contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, conclude the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.
Order and Payment Terms
The Buyer places an order through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the integrated payment tools in the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Buyer must pay for the ordered goods and delivery at the time of placing the order. The order is processed, and the delivery term is set only after full payment has been received. Payment is considered made when the full amount is received in the Seller’s bank account as specified in the payment terms. All prices include VAT.
At the time of ordering, the delivery prices listed in the online store apply. The total order amount, including goods and delivery costs, is available to the Buyer during the checkout process before confirming the order.
The Seller ensures delivery of goods within 7 (seven) business days, but no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar daysafter receiving payment, with delivery time coordinated with the Buyer.
Product prices listed in the online store are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The goods are sold to the Buyer at the price valid in the online store at the time the order is placed.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods, by sending a written withdrawal notice to the Seller. The withdrawal form will be sent to the Buyer by email upon request.
The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the withdrawal notice. The Buyer bears all costs associated with returning the goods.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
The ordered goods are custom-made according to the Buyer's individual request.
According to Article 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the period of the right of withdrawal.” The Seller reserves the right to refuse withdrawal or deduct compensation if:
the goods are damaged,
the goods were handled carelessly or used improperly,
the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
Data Processing
By entering the necessary information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their provided data will be used to process the order and deliver the goods in accordance with Latvian legislation.
By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive email notifications related to the processing of their order.
